Living in Northwest Ohio, Ken Waggoner has over 30 years of experience in creating exceptional wedding photography, outdoor photography, studio portraiture, sports photography and more. Born in Minnesota, Ken’s mother and father moved their family of 9 to Ohio in 1967 and Ken has been an Ohio resident ever since. At the age of 23, he was asked to take a few shots of a friend’s wedding with his Practica LTL camera, and it was then that Ken caught the photography bug.
Over the years, Ken has steadily built his business through word of mouth and now boasts a 1,400 square foot digital studio on his property just outside of West Unity, Ohio. Clients are encouraged to visit and tour the studio to see what options are available for their studio shots.
Ken has travelled as far as Boston, Massachusetts, Midlothian, Texas and Washington, DC to shoot weddings, engagement photos and several other exciting subjects. Ken also shoots on-location events including high school proms, award presentations, sports events, architectural photography, product promotion and individual and group portraits.
Ken’s family, in many ways, have contributed to the success of Ken’s Photography. His wife Sam lives with him in West Unity, Ohio, his daughter Amy lives in the suburbs of Washington, DC and his daughter Jen lives in Cincinnati, Ohio.
